We have as issue with our ovens. The controls for them are located under the counter right about waist height and every time someone leans against the counter, the ovens will get switched on, or off as they were the day we first made this coffee cake. Fortunately, the crowd was patient and understanding and when we finally served this cake, warm from the oven, it was an instant favourite. We used fresh Raspberries from Sheldon’s Berries outside of town and it was delicious. Next time, I’d like to try it with blueberries.
