It always seems to be the dessert recipes that get the most requests to share. I wonder why that is?
Here’s another one from the 60+ Lunch. Chevre is a soft goats milk cheese with a slightly sharp flavour. It makes a great substitution for cream cheese. This mousse is a great way to introduce it to people that might be trying if for the first time. We served it with fresh strawberries mixed with a bit of freezer jam we made a few weeks ago but it’s great with any kind of berries, or roasted apples.
