The Tuesday Community Kitchen crew requested a night all about chicken.  I think this recipe was the favourite.  The cooking time will vary with the size of your bird.  This is the sort of dish I like to throw together on the weekend.  Everything goes in one pot and after you toss it in the oven, it pretty much takes care of itself.  Also, the leftovers are handy through the week for sandwiches and salads when you need a quick meal.
