Programs

Community meals, low-cost market and other programs make access to good, healthy food possible for our community. These programs provide opportunities for seniors, newcomers to Canada, and those living in challenging and marginalized circumstances to be part of a dynamic and mixed community where people interact and learn from each other in an accepting and caring environment.

Through open doors and accessible low-cost or free programs, we create a community space where everyone feels welcome.

We aim to make all our programs open and accessible to everyone. There are no means tests, no applications, and we work to remove as many barriers as possible so people can take part comfortably. Making connections and participating in the community reduces social isolation and has a positive effect on mental health.
